Where is the wedding ceremony & reception taking place?
Both the wedding ceremony & reception will be at Bay Pointe Woods.

What time should I arrive?
Our ceremony will officially begin at 4:30pm. You are more than welcome to arrive as early as 3:45pm as we recommend giving yourself about 20-30 minutes to park, take a seat and settle before we say “I DO!”
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Cocktail party & formal best. We want you to feel & look your best dressed as we would love to party and take memorable pictures all night with you! Please no casual wear or jeans. But of course, please no white (;
Is your wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony is planned to be outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail hour will be both accessible but mainly on the outdoor deck/yard. Reception will be indoors with access to the outdoor area, fire pit & lawn.
How do I RSVP?
You will be able to do everything on this wedding website under our “RSVP” tab (that will be available after the 4th of July holiday weekend). You will be able to inform us if you’re able/unable to join the party! You will also be able to include your meal selection as well.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
Besides those children who are a part of our bridal party, family & invited under special relationships, we have kept our guest list to remain mainly adult only. Please keep in mind it is an adult environment with enjoyment of music and drinks.
Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?
We will be having an UNPLUGGED CEREMONY and ask that all mobile devices & cameras be put away to enjoy this special moment with us. We invite you to be fully present with us during the ceremony to celebrate our new chapter together. Our professional photographers & videographers have it covered! Feel free to take pictures when the party begins at cocktail hour & the reception, please share with us!
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
Absolutely! Any of your captured moments BEFORE or AFTER the unplugged ceremony, please share them with us via text or social media as we can’t wait to see everyone’s POV best snapped pictures throughout the night. We will have other fun things for you to help make this night memorable such as a photobooth, disposable photo app, and more!
Is their parking? Can I leave my vehicle overnight?
Guest parking lot is available directly in front of our venue or across the street at the Bay Pointe Inn lakeside hotel. Please be mindful of any blocked off areas for any vendors/photographers. You may leave your vehicle overnight and pick it up the next morning!
Do you have alternate transportation for anyone staying overnight?
BAY POINTE INN ACCOMMODATIONS:
You can quick drive or walk over across the street to our venue if you have a room at the Bay Pointe hotel. No transport service available.

HOLIDAY INN ACCOMMODATIONS:
We are planning to set up a transportation bus service to pick up at set times prior to our ceremony and after our reception for any guests staying at the Holiday Inn - Hastings. More information to come on our website & provided during check in.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us & our pups, but the hangover is on you. We have been waiting forever for this special day to come, so let’s party it up together!
